Terms and Conditions

  1. 1. DEFINITIONS AND TERMS

Oskar Shop – is the name of the brand we promote, registered with OSIM, belonging to the company S.C. ROYAL HAIR S.R.L., a legal entity of Romanian nationality, with its registered office in Suceava, Str. Dealu Crucii 899, D Sfântu Ilie, registered at the Trade Register under no. J33/660/2011, with the unique tax identification code RO28829476.

Seller – SC ROYAL HAIR SRL

Buyer – any natural person/legal entity or any legal entity that creates an account on the Website and places an Order.

Client – any natural person/legal entity who has or gains access to the CONTENT, by any means of communication provided by Oskar Shop or based on an existing usage agreement between Oskar Shop and the Client, and which requires the creation and use of an ACCOUNT.

User – any natural/legal person registered on the Website, who, by completing the account creation process, has agreed to the specific clauses of the site as found in the General Terms and Conditions section.

Account – the section of the Website consisting of an email address and a password that allows the Buyer to place an Order and contains information about the Client/Buyer and the Buyer’s history on the Website.

Order – an electronic document that acts as a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer by which the Buyer conveys to the Seller, through the Website, their intention to purchase Goods and Services.

Goods and Services – any product or service, including the documents and services mentioned in the Order, to be provided by the Seller to the Buyer as a result of the concluded Contract.

Campaign – the act of commercially displaying a limited and predefined stock of Goods and/or Services for a limited period of time established by the Seller.

Contract – the distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer, without the simultaneous physical presence of the Seller and the Buyer.

Content:

  • all the information on the Website that can be visited, viewed, or otherwise accessed using electronic equipment;
  • the content of any email sent to Buyers by the Seller through electronic means and/or any other available communication method;
  • any information communicated by any means by an employee/collaborator of the Seller to the Buyer, according to the contact information, whether specified by the Buyer or not;
  • information related to the Goods and/or Services and/or prices practiced by the Seller during a certain period;
  • information related to the Goods and/or Services and/or prices practiced by a third party with whom the Seller has partnership agreements during a certain period;
  • data concerning the Seller, or other privileged data belonging to the Seller.

Transaction – the collection or refund of an amount resulting from the sale of a Good and/or Service by Oskar Shop to the Buyer, through the use of the card processor services approved by the Seller, regardless of the delivery method.

Specifications – all the specifications and/or descriptions of the Goods and Services as stated in their respective descriptions.

  1. 2. CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS

2.1. By registering an Order on the Website, the Buyer agrees to the method of communication (telephone or email) through which the Seller carries out its commercial operations.

2.2. The notification received by the Buyer after placing the Order serves as information and does not represent acceptance of the Order. This notification is made electronically (email) or by phone.

2.3. For justified reasons, the Seller reserves the right to change the quantity of Goods and/or Services in the Order. If the quantity is modified, the Seller will inform the Buyer at the email address or phone number provided when placing the Order and will refund the amount paid.

2.4. The Contract is considered concluded between the Seller and the Buyer when the Buyer receives from the Seller, by email and/or SMS, the notification of Order shipment.

2.6. The document and the information provided by the Seller on the Website will form the basis of the Contract, and it will be supplemented by the quality certificate issued by the Seller or its supplier for the purchased Goods.

  1. 3. ONLINE SALES POLICY

3.1. Access to placing an Order is allowed to any Client/Buyer. For justified reasons, Oskar Shop reserves the right to restrict the Client’s/Buyer’s access to placing an Order and/or to certain accepted payment methods, if it considers, based on the Client’s/Buyer’s behavior or activity on the Website, that their actions could in any way harm Oskar Shop. In any of these cases, the Client/Buyer may contact the Oskar Shop Customer Service Department to be informed of the reasons behind the above-mentioned measures.

3.2. Communication with the Seller can be done directly or through the addresses listed in the "Contact" section of the Website. The Seller is free to manage the information received without being required to justify their actions.

3.3. In the case of an unusually high volume of traffic from an internet network, Oskar Shop reserves the right to ask Clients/Buyers to manually enter captcha validation codes to protect the information on the Website.

3.4. Oskar Shop may publish on the Website information about Goods and/or Services and/or promotions offered during a specific time period and within the limits of available stock.

3.5. All prices related to the Goods and/or Services presented on the Website are expressed in lei (RON) and include VAT.

3.8. All information used to describe the Goods and/or Services available on the Website (static/dynamic images, multimedia presentations, etc.) does not represent a contractual obligation from the Seller, being used solely for presentation purposes.

  1. 4. ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACTING

The Seller may assign and/or subcontract a third party for services related to fulfilling the Order, by informing the Buyer, without requiring the Buyer’s consent. The Seller will always be responsible to the Buyer for all contractual obligations.

  1. 5. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

5.1. The Content, as defined in the preamble, including but not limited to logos, stylized representations, trademarks, static images, dynamic images, text and/or multimedia content presented on the Website, are the exclusive property of Oskar Shop, which holds all rights obtained either directly or indirectly (through usage and/or publishing licenses).

5.4. The Client/Buyer may copy, transfer and/or use the Content only for personal or non-commercial purposes, and only if these actions do not conflict with the provisions of this Document.

5.6. No Content transmitted to the Client or Buyer, through any means of communication (electronic, telephone, etc.) or obtained by accessing, visiting, and/or viewing the Website, shall constitute a contractual obligation on the part of Oskar Shop and/or any Oskar Shop employee who facilitated the transfer, if applicable, regarding that Content.

5.7. Any use of the Content for purposes other than those expressly permitted by this Document or the associated usage agreement, if any, is strictly prohibited.

  1. 6. ORDER

6.1. The Client/Buyer may place Orders on the Website by adding the desired Goods and/or Services to the shopping cart and completing the Order by making payment through one of the expressly indicated methods. Once a Product or Service has been added to the cart, it is available for purchase only if stock is available. Adding a Product/Service to the shopping cart without completing the Order does not result in registering an order, nor does it reserve the item.

6.2. By completing the Order, the Buyer confirms that all data provided, necessary for the purchase process, are accurate, complete, and truthful at the time of placing the Order.

6.3. By completing the Order, the Buyer consents to the Seller contacting them through any available/approved method whenever necessary.

6.4. The Seller may cancel an Order placed by the Buyer after prior notification, without any further obligation from either party or without either party being entitled to claim damages, in the following cases:

6.4.1. the Buyer’s card-issuing bank does not accept the transaction, in the case of online payment;
6.4.2. the transaction is invalidated by the card processor approved by Oskar Shop, in the case of online payment;
6.4.3. the data provided by the Client/Buyer on the Website is incomplete and/or incorrect;

6.5. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, i.e., to return a Product or cancel a Service, within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than the delivery charges.

According to Government Ordinance No. 34/2014, the return period for a Product or Service expires 14 days from:

– the day the Buyer physically receives the last Product – in the case of a single order containing multiple products delivered separately
– the day the Buyer physically receives the last Product or last piece – in the case of a product delivered in several lots or pieces,

6.6. If the Buyer decides to withdraw from the Contract, they can fill out the return form online, which is available both in the “terms and conditions” section and the “returns” section.

6.7. If the Client/Buyer requests to withdraw from the Contract within the legal withdrawal period, they must also return any gifts that came with the product. If the Order was paid for, the Seller will refund the amount within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date the Buyer informs the Seller of the decision to withdraw. The refund will be issued as follows:

6.7.1. for Orders paid online with a card → the amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made;
6.7.2. for Orders paid by bank transfer / cash on delivery / iTransfer / bank card → the refund will be made via bank transfer;

6.8. The Seller may delay the refund until the returned Goods have been received or until proof is provided that the Goods were shipped back, whichever occurs later (unless the Seller has offered to collect the Goods themselves).

6.9. If a Product and/or Service ordered by the Buyer cannot be delivered by the Seller, the Seller will inform the Client/Buyer and will return to the Buyer’s account the value of the Product and/or Service within a maximum of 7 (seven) days from the date the Seller became aware of this or from the date the Buyer explicitly expressed the intention to terminate the Contract.

6.10. Orders with delivery to territories outside the EU are invoiced without VAT, and delivery may be subject to additional costs due to customs duties imposed by the destination country. Before placing an order with delivery to non-EU territories, we recommend checking the customs charges applicable in the destination country.

  1. 7. GOODS/SERVICES FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS NOT GUARANTEED

7.1. The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal from the Contract:

7.1.2. service contracts after the complete performance of the services, if execution began with the prior express consent of the Buyer and after the Buyer confirmed acknowledgment that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully executed by the Seller;
7.1.3. the supply of Goods and/or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that cannot be controlled by the Seller and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
7.1.4. the supply of Goods made according to the Buyer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

7.1.5. the supply of Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

7.1.6. the supply of sealed Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed by the Buyer;

7.1.7. the supply of Goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items;

  1. 8. CONFIDENTIALITY

8.1. Oskar Shop will maintain the confidentiality of any information you provide. Disclosure of the information provided will only be made under the conditions mentioned in this Document.

8.2. No public statement, promotion, press release, or any other form of disclosure to third parties regarding the Order/Contract shall be made by the Buyer/Client without the prior written consent of the Seller.

8.3. By submitting information or materials via this website, you grant the Seller unrestricted and irrevocable access to such materials, as well as the right to use, reproduce, display, modify, transmit, and distribute these materials or information. You also agree that the Seller may freely use, for its own interest, such information, ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques sent via the Website. Oskar Shop will not be subject to obligations of confidentiality regarding such information unless otherwise specified by applicable law.

  1. 10. INVOICING – PAYMENT

10.1. The prices of the Goods and Services displayed on www.extensiidepar.com include VAT, in accordance with applicable legislation.

10.2. The price, payment method, and due date are specified in each Order. The Seller will issue an invoice to the Buyer for the delivered Goods and Services. The Buyer is responsible for providing all necessary information required by law for invoice issuance.

10.3. The Seller will send the Buyer the invoice for the Order containing Goods and/or Services sold by Oskar Shop, excluding those sold by Oskar Shop’s partners, as well as for any other payments related to the Order.

10.4. To ensure correct communication of the invoice, the Buyer is responsible for updating their account data as necessary and for accessing the documents associated with each Order in their account.

When placing an Order:

The Client/Buyer places the Order and selects the payment method (credit or debit card), is redirected to the payment processor’s page, enters the card details, and completes the payment. After payment confirmation, the saved card becomes available for future payments using the associated token.

10.10. The Client’s/User’s/Buyer’s card data will not be accessible to Oskar Shop and will not be stored by Oskar Shop or by the integrated payment processor, but only by the institution authorizing the Transaction or another entity authorized to store card identification data. The identity of such entity will be disclosed before card data entry.

10.11. In certain cases, to maintain transaction security, the Buyer may be required to authorize the payment by re-entering their account password or using fingerprint authentication on supported mobile devices.

10.12. For security reasons, Clients/Users/Buyers are advised not to remain logged into the Website or to enable automatic login on mobile devices. Password disclosure is not permitted. A strong password is recommended (e.g., at least 8 characters including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters).

10.13. The Client/User/Buyer can add multiple cards they own to their account.

  1. 11. DELIVERY OF GOODS

11.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods via door-to-door courier service to the Buyer or to Oskar Shop showrooms, depending on the Client’s choice.

– Estimated delivery time within Romania is 24–48 hours, and for international orders, 2–4 business days.

This timeframe is indicative and may be influenced by external factors beyond our control.

Orders delivered outside the EU are invoiced without VAT. Delivery may involve additional charges due to import duties imposed by the destination country. Before placing an order with delivery outside the EU, we recommend checking the applicable customs duties in the destination country.

11.2. The Seller will ensure proper packaging of the Goods and will transmit the accompanying documents.

11.3. The Seller will deliver Goods and Services both within Romania and internationally.

  1. 12. WARRANTIES

12.1. All Goods sold by Oskar Shop, except for resealed items, benefit from warranty conditions in accordance with applicable laws and the manufacturers' commercial policies. The Goods are new (except for resealed ones), in original packaging, and sourced from each manufacturer’s authorized suppliers.

12.2. For Goods sold and delivered by Oskar Shop, quality or warranty certificates are issued directly by Oskar Shop according to the manufacturers’ terms.

For hair extensions, a quality certificate is provided, issued according to manufacturer specifications, confirming that the products are made from 100% natural human hair. There is no guarantee or expiration period.

  1. 13. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

Ownership of the Goods will be transferred upon delivery, after payment has been made by the Buyer to the location indicated in the Order (delivery being understood as the signing of the delivery document provided by the courier or signing the invoice in the case of deliveries made by the Seller’s personnel).

  1. 14. LIABILITY

14.1. The Seller is not responsible for any kind of damage that the Buyer or any third party may suffer as a result of the Seller fulfilling any of its obligations according to the Order, nor for damages resulting from the use of the Goods or Services after delivery, especially for loss thereof.

14.2. By creating and using the Account, the Client/User/Buyer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account data (username and password) and for managing access to the Account. Within the limits permitted by law, the Client is responsible for any activity carried out through their Account.

14.3. By creating an Account and/or using the Content and/or placing Orders, the Client/User/Buyer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions of the Website in their latest updated version posted on the Website at the time of account creation, use of content, or placing of the Order.

14.4. After creating the Account, continued use of the Content constitutes acceptance of any changes or updates to the Terms and Conditions.

14.5. Oskar Shop may update the Terms and Conditions at any time. They become binding for Clients/Users/Buyers from the moment they are posted on the Website. Acceptance is confirmed by ticking the appropriate checkbox, sending an Order, or making an online payment.

  1. 16. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

16.1. According to Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended, Oskar Shop is obliged to manage your provided data securely and only for the stated purposes.

16.3. The purpose of collecting data is: – informing Clients/Buyers about their Account status, validating, shipping, and invoicing Orders, resolving cancellations or issues of any kind related to an Order or purchased Goods/Services.

16.4. By filling out the Account and/or Order form, the Buyer unconditionally declares and accepts that their personal data be stored in the Oskar Shop database.

16.5. All personal data you provide will not be disclosed to third parties without your prior consent and will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws. You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data, to object to processing, and to appeal to the courts.   1. 17. FORCE MAJEURE

17.1. Neither party shall be liable for failure to fulfill its contractual obligations if such failure is due to an event of force majeure—an unforeseen event beyond the control of the parties that cannot be avoided.

17.2. If the event continues for more than 15 (fifteen) days, either party may notify the other of the full termination of the Contract without any party owing damages to the other.

  1. 18. APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION

This Contract is governed by Romanian law. Any disputes between Oskar Shop and Clients/Buyers shall be settled amicably or, if not possible, by Romanian courts.

  1. SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DELIVERY:

Delivery in Romania is carried out by Fan Courier (within 24–48 hours). In Europe, delivery is handled by TNT (within 3–4 working days).

Courier fee in Romania: – 25 RON

Courier fee in Europe (TNT): – 25 EUR

Products are delivered subject to stock availability. If any ordered product is out of stock, you will be informed. In some cases, a similar product of the same quality may be offered. If you do not want the replacement product, you have 14 days to return it. You will be refunded in full (product cost + delivery and return fees) within 14 days.

The courier company is liable for any damage caused to the product or package during transport. We will replace products if the courier’s fault is proven and we are notified in a timely manner.

PAYMENT:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is made directly to the courier upon package receipt.

Online by card: Payment is made during checkout by bank card, following the steps on the website.

Bank transfer: Payment is made based on the proforma invoice at any bank branch.

RETURNS:

Any discrepancy regarding the ordered products must be reported within a maximum of 3 calendar days from the receipt of the order. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Before sending the return package, please make sure it meets the following CONDITIONS, which you agreed to when placing the order:

Make sure you are within the 14 calendar days from the date the product was received!

The product must be in the same condition it was delivered to you, in the original packaging, with the original seal. Upon receiving the returned package, our team will conduct a brief inspection of the products in the presence of the courier. If the product does not meet the return conditions, a report will be drawn up and the item will be returned due to hygiene and health reasons!

The color, length, and quality of the hair can be checked without removing the seal!

We do not take responsibility for improper handling of the extensions or for failures related to coloring/dyeing, or for the installation of microring, keratin, or tape-on extensions. Once the extensions have been applied, returns are no longer accepted because the attachment method will have been compromised!

After permanent extensions are installed, the return guarantee is void!

Each customer has the duty to thoroughly inspect the quality of the extensions before wearing/applying them!

In case of a return, the returned product must also include any accessories or gifts received, if applicable.

Attention! Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The refund applies strictly to the value of the ordered products, not the costs related to product shipping.

If returning a product that was delivered with free shipping, the courier's shipping cost will be deducted. If the gift included in the package is not returned, its value will also be deducted.

 

Product Warranty:

Our company offers a quality certificate (for natural hair products), a warranty certificate (for straighteners, curling irons, hair dryers), and usage instructions for each delivered product.

Please read the usage instructions carefully for each product to avoid any unpleasant situations! Any defect found must be reported as soon as possible at oscar.shop@yahoo.com so the product can be replaced!

Extensions and products made from natural hair can be styled, toned/dyed! The warranty becomes void if the hair has been dyed, heavily brushed, or subjected to other aggressive methods. We recommend testing the hair quality within the first few days after receiving it. Please do not use the product if you want to request a refund. The return warranty is valid for 14 calendar days.

Warranty is NOT offered for the application of permanent extensions; these must be applied exclusively in professional salons by qualified personnel! We recommend testing the hair quality in the first few days after receipt. The return warranty is valid for 14 calendar days.

Attention! Since our products are made from 100% natural human hair, depending on the range and color, there may be a variance of ±1 centimeter in length and ±10 grams in weight.

We recommend carefully checking the quality of the hair and other product specifications within the first few days after receiving the package. Returns are only accepted within the first 14 calendar days!

In the case of natural and synthetic wigs, the warranty is void if the lace band that edges the wig has been cut, if the adjustable band is damaged, or if there are any other signs of wear (smell, traces of styling products).

For keratin bonding tools, extension accessories, curling irons, straighteners, and hair dryers, please test them upon receipt. If any defect is found, please notify us within 72 hours. The return warranty is 14 calendar days.

 

All types of extensions, both permanent and semi-permanent, must be applied or dyed/toned in a specialized salon. Attention!!! Bleaching extensions or using any substances based on peroxide or ammonia is not recommended!

 

The warranty provided through the quality certificate from our company refers strictly to the quality of the extensions, specifically that they are made from 100% natural Remy hair, and that they are manufactured in accordance with international hygiene and health standards!

The granted warranty does not affect the rights conferred by consumer protection law and complies with the provisions of OG21/1992 regarding Consumer Protection, as amended, and Law 449/2003.

In the case of products mounted on textile backing (lace, monofilament mesh) such as wigs, ponytails, clip-on extensions, the interior may vary in color or stitching. This does not affect the functionality or quality of the product.

Things to Consider

  • Reacts to External Factors – Hair can frizz, become static, fade, dry out, split, or tangle due to factors like humidity, UV rays, dust, pool water, excessive use of heat tools, and sulfate-based shampoos/conditioners.
  • Frizz After Washing – This is a natural feature of real hair. After washing, it becomes more voluminous—just like your own hair. Lighter shades tend to frizz more due to a more porous cuticle. For a smooth finish, use a blow-dry brush, hydrating serum, and heat protection.
  • Split Ends – Ends may split or break over time due to dehydration, dyeing, harsh friction, or high-heat styling. Occasional trimming is recommended for a healthy look.
  • Tangles – Can occur with excessive length/volume, harsh chemicals, or improper mechanical actions (e.g., friction from brushing).
  • Possible Fading Over Time – Dyed hair may lose color due to normal wear and exposure to heat tools, harsh products, UV rays, or chlorinated water.
  • Weight – Influences the final look: small quantities (50–100g) do not add length; too much hair requires extra care to prevent frizz and tangling.

After applying the extensions, the return guarantee is void; please inspect the purchased products in-store or online before use. Return requests cannot be honored after application.

RETURNS:

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract with the seller within 14 days. The withdrawal must be notified in writing via email at extensii.oscar@yahoo.com, or by completing the return form displayed on the site. For further details, you may call any number listed on the site!

The return must be made using the same courier company through which the product was delivered! The product must be in the same condition as you received it, in the original packaging, with the seal intact and the received accessories, as well as the accompanying documents!

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer!

In case of a color exchange, shipping will be free!

The company has the right to claim compensation for damages resulting from improper use of the products or unsealing/testing of the products!

The value of the products will be refunded to a bank account within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned products!

Black Collection Premium and Deluxe
The extensions from this range are carefully packed in sealed cardboard packaging, additionally protected by a transparent wrapper to ensure optimal storage conditions. Each set of extensions comes with a quality certificate and detailed care instructions to guarantee durability and the flawless appearance of the natural hair.

Oskar Collection  
The extensions from the Oskar collection are presented in sealed cardboard packaging, accompanied by a transparent wrapper that ensures protection and excellent storage conditions. The extensions also include a quality certificate and the necessary care instructions.

Deluxe Collection 
The Deluxe collection offers extensions packed with the same attention to detail, in sealed cardboard packaging along with a protective transparent wrapper. As with all other ranges, the extensions are accompanied by a quality certificate and care instructions.

Diamond Collection  
Extensions from the Diamond collection are packaged in luxury boxes, specially designed to allow long-term storage of the product. These luxury extensions come with a quality certificate and detailed care instructions to maintain the natural hair in the best condition.

White Platinum Collection 
For the White Platinum collection, the extensions are presented in luxurious boxes, ideal for their long-term protection and storage. Each set includes a quality certificate and care instructions, ensuring the durability and flawless appearance of the product.

  • Reactions to external factors (sun, humidity, styling products): discoloration, staining, splitting, breakage;
  • Hair tangling, in cases of excessive volume or length, use of harsh chemical products, or improper mechanical action (hair friction).

The wavy natural hair extensions sold in our physical and online stores do not retain their curl shape after washing, as natural hair reacts to water and care products in the same way as your own hair.

To restore the wavy or curly effect, it is necessary to style the extensions after each wash, using thermal styling devices (curler, straightener, rotating brush, etc.) and thermal protection products.

This characteristic does not represent a manufacturing defect, but a natural property of natural hair, which has not been subjected to a chemical perm treatment.
