Money-Back Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products, but if for any reason that doesn’t happen, you always have the option to return or exchange the product.

Use the return form to submit your request!

Product Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange the ordered product for another (different length, color, or type), you can send the ordered product back, with shipping paid by the sender (to SC ROYAL HAIR SRL). We will notify you upon receipt and confirm the product you want to exchange it for.
  • The new product will arrive at your address within 2–3 working days.
  • ATTENTION! Returned products must be perfectly intact, in their original packaging, and must show no signs of being tried on or worn, for hygiene and health reasons. Products that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you.
  • For hair extensions, it is very important not to break the golden seal — otherwise, it will be considered as tried or worn.
  • If the golden seal is removed, the return guarantee is void.
  • Do not attempt to repackage the extensions!
  • You can observe the color, length, weight, and quality of the hair without removing the golden seal.
  • Our team will carefully evaluate the product upon receipt to verify if the return conditions are met.
  • If the product does not meet the return terms and conditions, a report will be drawn up in the presence of the courier, detailing the reasons for refusal, and the product will be returned to you.
  • Exception: If you removed the seal but the product was not worn/used/tried, or the packaging is damaged, a repackaging fee of up to 25% of the product value will be applied and invoiced to you.

 

  • Products must be returned with all received accessories, bonuses or gifts, and must be accompanied by purchase documents.
  • Returns are not accepted for tried-on products, without the golden seal, worn, cut, dyed, or showing signs of damage.
  • Clip-on pieces or separate wefts are the only items that cannot be exchanged/returned due to strict hygiene and health reasons.
  • For wigs made of natural or synthetic hair, the return guarantee is void if the transparent mesh border is cut or if the adjustment system shows signs of force.

 

Any return that does not comply with our conditions will be refused due to hygiene and health reasons.
The OskarShop team verifies the quality of each item, giving you the assurance that products ordered fromwww.extensiidepar.com are in perfect condition. In the case of an exception, we take responsibility and replace the item with an identical one (model, size, color), covering all shipping costs (both ways).
Romanian law provides: “the consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate a distance contract within 14 calendar days, without penalties and without giving any reason. The only costs to be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products.”
If you want to return one or more products or report a defect or incorrect delivery, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the parcel by calling: 0754638657, 0786 037 778

or by completing the return form!
You will be contacted by an Oskar SHOP operator, who will ask for the article you wish to return and the product you want in exchange. You will automatically receive an email with the return address and further return instructions.
Within 15 days of the return, we will refund the order value via bank transfer (for this we need your 24-character IBAN code). Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. The refund is made only for the value of the returned item. If you request a refund, please call us to confirm.
* Shipping costs for returns and exchanged orders outside of Romania will be borne by the customer.
Attention! Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund only covers the value of the products, not shipping charges.

If your original order benefited from free shipping (usually for orders above a certain value set by OSKAR SHOP), the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded value of the returned product, and will be invoiced accordingly.

 

Steps to follow for PRODUCT RETURN:

  • Complete the Return Form at the bottom of this page; this is required to process your return quickly and send a replacement product or refund your payment.
  • Pack the products to be returned — the product in its original packaging (box + clear wrap or box, as applicable) must be placed inside another box to prevent damage during transport.
  • Include in the parcel — the warranty certificate (if applicable), a copy of the invoice, and the completed Return Form (if not already submitted).
  • Send the parcel via courier to SC ROYAL HAIR Suceava, Bld. 1 Decembrie 1918, Bl. 22, Sc. A Sp. Com. 21, Ground Floor. Parcels sent via Romanian Post will not be accepted! Likewise, cash-on-delivery parcels will not be accepted!
  • For international returns, the parcel must be sent to SC ROYAL HAIR SRL Bld. 1 Decembrie 1918, Bl. 22, Sc. A Sp. Com. 21, Ground Floor, Suceava, Romania. You may use postal services or a courier company for minimal costs. Abroad, there is no product exchange via courier service.

 

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer!

The refund for the returned product will be made within 14 days of the return via bank transfer to the IBAN specified in the Return Form, according to current legislation!

Attention! Products that arrive at the warehouse and do not comply with the return terms and conditions (the product must be sealed, in its original packaging with all related accessories) will be returned to the sender. Clip-on extensions without a seal will be returned to the sender via the same courier company, with the transport costs covered by the customer.

I agree to pay a repackaging fee of 10% of the product value if the product is unsealed.
