Product Exchange
We want you to be fully satisfied with our products, but if for any reason you are not, you always have the option to exchange your product.
Use the exchange form to register your request!
Product exchange conditions:
- If you wish to exchange the ordered product with another (different length, color, or type), you can do so by sending the product back to us, shipping costs paid upon delivery (to SC ROYAL HAIR SRL). We will notify you upon receipt and arrange the product exchange with you.
- The new product will arrive at your address within 2-3 working days.
- ATTENTION! Returned products must be completely intact, in their original packaging, and must not show signs of being tested or worn, due to hygiene and health reasons. Products that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you.
- For hair extensions, it is very important not to remove the golden seal, otherwise it will be considered tested or worn.
- If you remove the golden seal, you lose your right to return the product.
- Do not attempt to repackage the extensions!
- The color, length, weight, and quality of the hair can be observed without removing the golden seal.
- Our team will thoroughly evaluate the product upon receipt to ensure it meets return conditions.
- If the product does not comply with return conditions, a report will be made in the presence of the courier, stating reasons for refusal, and the product will be returned to you.
- Exception! If you have broken the golden seal, but the product has not been worn/used/tested, or if the packaging is damaged, a repackaging fee of up to 25% of the product’s value will apply and be billed subsequently.
- Products must be returned with all received accessories, bonuses, or gifts, accompanied by purchase documents.
- Returns of products that have been tested, worn, cut, dyed, or show signs of damage, or those without the golden seal, are not accepted.
- Clip-on pieces, separate wefts, cannot be exchanged/returned due to strict hygiene and health reasons.
- For natural or synthetic wigs, the right to return is lost if the transparent net around the wig is cut or if the adjustment system shows signs of being forced.
Any exchange not meeting these conditions will be refused for hygiene and health reasons!
The OskarShop team carefully checks the quality of each item, guaranteeing impeccable condition for products ordered from Oskar Shop. In case of an exception, we assume responsibility and replace the item with an identical one (model, size, and color), covering the related transport fees (round-trip).
Current Romanian legislation states: "The consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract within 14 calendar days without penalties and without specifying any reason. The only costs borne by the consumer are direct costs related to returning the products."
If you wish to return products or report a defect or wrong delivery, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the package by calling: 0754638657, 0786 037 778
or by completing the return form!
You will contact an Oskar SHOP Operator, inform them about the product you wish to return, and what you want in exchange. You will automatically receive an email with the return address and further return details.
Within maximum 15 days from the return date, we will refund your order value via bank transfer (we require your IBAN, composed of 24 characters). Return costs are paid by the customer. Refund covers only the returned item value. If you want a refund, contact us by phone to communicate this!
*Costs for international returns and exchanges outside Romania are paid by the customer.
Attention! Return costs are paid by the customer. Refunds cover strictly the product value, not transport costs.
If you initially benefited from free shipping (usually for orders exceeding a set amount by OSKAR SHOP), the shipping cost will be deducted when refunding the product value and invoiced subsequently!
Steps for RETURNING a product:
- Complete the Return Form at the bottom of this page; this is necessary to promptly process your return, replace the product, or refund you.
- Package the products you wish to return – original product packaging (carton + transparent foil or box, as applicable) must be placed in another box to prevent any damage during transport.
- Add to the package – warranty certificate (if applicable), a copy of the invoice, and the completed Return Form (unless already submitted).
- Ship the package exclusively via courier to SC ROYAL HAIR Suceava, Bld. 1 Decembrie 1918, Bl. 22, Sc. A Sp. Com. 21, Ground floor. Packages sent via Romanian Post or cash-on-delivery will not be accepted!
- For international returns, send the package to SC ROYAL HAIR SRL, Bld. 1 Decembrie 1918, Bl. 22, Sc. A Sp. Com. 21, Ground floor, Suceava, Romania. You may opt for postal or courier services to minimize transfer costs. Outside Romania, direct exchanges via courier company are unavailable.
Return costs are borne by the customer!
In case of exchange, any subsequent request for a second exchange or refund must be within 14 days from initial order receipt. After this period, any financial claim is null and will not be honored.
